Q: What will you miss most about Beulah?
A: We realize how fragile we are, how precious life is and how our lives can change in an instant. To lose someone we love wounds our hearts. My name is Shelain and I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Beulah Brooms through my friend Tahnya. Ms. Beulah as I referred to her was a very strong minded and independent person who loved to work. She was persistent and dedicated to achieving her goals. She was also a beautiful, gracious, fortuitous, inspirational and motivational woman of grace. Her loyalty and love for her family and friends was unrelenting. She was always concerned about their well-being, and she always made sure that they were okay.
I want to publicly acknowledge my friend Tahyna and her brother Samuel. I want to thank you both for providing such a loving, warm environment for her to reside in. The exceptional care, kindness, and love you rendered to your mother on a day-to-day basis was beyond measure. If she needed anything you both were there for her, she was never in need. I commend you both, job well done. I also want to publicly acknowledge anyone who came to visit her, prayed for her, called her on the phone to see how she was doing, if you made her laugh, or just put a smile on her face, thank you.
Her impeccable style, her infectious smile, her encouraging manner and her tenacity will forever be in our memory. We cannot imagine life without her. She will be sorely missed.
