Andrea Tomkiel loving daughter of Stanley and Maritza. Devoted sister to Logan and Isabeau. Caring aunt to Luca and Milana Tomkiel. Niece of Jane Niemi, Carol Tomkiel and Phil Tomkiel. Andrea completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, graduating with honors. She later obtained her Master’s Degree in Education from Bank Street College. Prior to the onset of her illness, Andrea worked in the museum field. Holding positions with Hofstra University Museum, the Brooklyn Children’s Museum and the Children’s Museum of Arts in New York City.
Andrea, in giving me my first Harry Potter book you forever changed my life for the better. I'll never forget the impact you've left on my life. Love Isabeau.
