Russell C. Cooper, “Hoops”, of Rockville Centre, on September 27th, 2021, in the presence of his family. Beloved husband, father, brother, “Hoffa”, is survived by loving wife Gerry, children Ian and Rachel, sister Patricia, brother William, and grandson Wyatt. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served with the 5th Special Forces group (Airborne) in Vietnam.
